I’m currently working with a Global Insurer on the appointment of a Claims Vendor Operations Manager to oversee a team responsible for oversight and controls of TPA’s, as well as ensuring they remain compliant and that an effective framework is in place to manage performance.

The Clams Vendor Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • End to end onboarding process.
  • Development of Risk governance framework.
  • Implementation of performance management framework.
  • Execution of vendor management reviews.
  • Vendor management policies and guidelines.
