Eames is currently working closely with a global insurer who is looking to bring on board an experienced Claims Vendor Performance Manager to join their well respected team in London. You will be accountable for development and implementation of our clients’ best practices for post contractual performance management of claims vendors, which will include looking at the most effective use of SLA’s, developing KPI’s and developing balanced performance scorecards for vendors.

You will work closely with the VP – claims vendor management and will have frequent engagement with regional vendor management teams in Europe, APAC and LATAM. The Claims Vendor Performance Manager will also work closely with our client’s quality assurance team to develop and implement suitable audit regimes.

We are looking for individuals with strong claims vendor management exposure and a strong understanding of best practices. 

Please note that the role will include frequent travel.
