A fantastic opportunity has risen at a well-established international bank for a Client Data Management Analyst. The role is purely KYC based and the role is responsible for the processing of the Accelerated Client Maintenance and will also handle the on-boarding of a large number of clients as part of an extensive project. The role will also have a dual focus on remediation of existing clientele. The role has been newly created to handle the on-boarding of a large client portfolio.
This would sit within the operations department of the bank. Operations is responsible for the processing of financial business within the London branch and acts as a support function to the Front Office. They provide processing services for the London Corporate Bank and transaction management and documentary services for London Markets clients. Operations also on boards and maintains existing customers on behalf of all London clients within the branch.
Successful candidates must have:
Strong experience (3-5 years) in KYC, and also KYC on-boarding and remediation.
Candidates must also have a banking or financial services background.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Performing Client reviews on existing files in accordance with Global Customer Due Diligence policy
- Escalation of issues to management/Compliance as appropriate
- Work closely with colleagues at all times in achieving Global CDD standards.
