We are currently working with a multinational Insurance Broker to find a Client Executive to join their Energy team. 

The Energy team deal with prestigious clients from across the World, serving The Americas, Asia-Pacific, Middle-East, North Africa & Continental Europe. This role essentially manages the clients, ensuring the profitable handling and growth of major client accounts in line with the overall client relationship management strategy. You will act as an ambassador for the company, build strong relationships at executive and operational levels and communicate the client’s strategy internally.

Role duties typically include agree and implementing client service agreements, acting as a referral point for the resolution of complex client queries internally and externally, hosting client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams and agreeing and setting renewal client service and rolling risk management strategy with the client. The role will also mean being involved in leading and signing off programme design activities and leading new business initiatives including referral generation. The role will also include travel to meet clients and retail & wholesale networks. 

It is essential that you will have a proven background in Energy (ideally Upstream Energy) insurance including large, complex and/or multinational clients. This may be as a Broker, Insurer or from the Oil & Gas industry.  You will need to be able to successfully manage major client relationships which require exceptional inter-personal and relationship management skills. ACII part or fully qualified (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
