Job responsibility:
- Planning and managing resources and capacity, and service delivery for Data Centre and Cloud Operations that includes; Networks & Infrastructure, Servers (Windows, Linux, AS400), Middleware
- Planning of Vulnerability Management, Platforms Governance and Estate management
- Driving change, improvement and innovation
- Monitoring and managing controls and risks
- Managing service operations
As an ideal candidate, you must have at least 10 years of working experience in a Data Center and Cloud Operations environment. People leadership skills is as important as being customer orientated/focused and have the experience of managing contact centre environment, specially in a highly regulated set-up
