Cloud Capacity Manager

Role Summary:
- Join our Cloud Infrastructure Services Team, working closely with Cloud Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Responsibilities include capacity and availability guidance, incident investigation, and forecasting capacity requirements.
- Collaborate with technical architecture teams, maintain documentation, assess change impacts, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to financial regulator audits, ensuring capacity management process alignment.
- Maintain performance standards, contribute to application performance testing, and adhere to ITIL Service Management principles.
Qualifications We Seek:
- Strong technical knowledge of capacity management for public cloud and traditional data centers.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure (currently migrating from AWS to AZ)
- Familiarity with IT Demand Management and ITIL principles.
- Proficiency in Cloud FinOps principles and tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with IT service management tools.
- Knowledge of development frameworks and project management processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and capacity tools.
- Experience with tuning applications in Java, .NET, and Kubernetes.
