Cloud Capacity Manager

Role Summary:

  • Join our Cloud Infrastructure Services Team, working closely with Cloud Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Responsibilities include capacity and availability guidance, incident investigation, and forecasting capacity requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical architecture teams, maintain documentation, assess change impacts, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to financial regulator audits, ensuring capacity management process alignment.
  • Maintain performance standards, contribute to application performance testing, and adhere to ITIL Service Management principles.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Strong technical knowledge of capacity management for public cloud and traditional data centers.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure (currently migrating from AWS to AZ)
  • Familiarity with IT Demand Management and ITIL principles.
  • Proficiency in Cloud FinOps principles and tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with IT service management tools.
  • Knowledge of development frameworks and project management processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and capacity tools.
  • Experience with tuning applications in Java, .NET, and Kubernetes.
