Global bank is hiring an analytical-driven inidividual to join their Collections team where the team focus on enhancing their performance with predictive analytics capabilities and data.
- Drive loss and recovery optimization through development of segmentation and analytically driven insights.
- Utilise data and AI capability develop the next generation models.
Development of Collections Segmentation
- Draw out of key priorities for the development of segmentation tools in
- Create use cases for each segmentation
- Explore ways to leverage all data types (Structured / Unstructured and On-us/Off-us)
- Work with cross teams to develop segmentation for the various stages of the collections life cycle.
- Creation of test and learning plans and implementation of the segmentation.
- Enhance Analytical insights
- Analyse Collections MI and to identify areas of stress
- Enhance the MI to provide more relevant insights into portfolio needs
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Retail Credit
- 2-3 years of models experience
- Direct experience with Collections and of key portfolio indicators.
- Understanding/Experience with SAS, SQL queries.
