As the Command Center Manager, you will be responsibile for:
- Managing operations teams providing 24x7 support in all area of alert management, escalation, batch processing, incident and recovery support
- Plan, budget and manage staffing requirements to meet the organization needs on both long term and short term performance objectives
- Work with technical and applications team to ensure SLA are structure and in place
- Ensure operational processes are documented and Diaster Recovery plans are in place and tested
- Establish measures and metrics to capture operations performance and conduct regular reviews to identify potential risk and threats
The ideal candidate:
- At least 5+ years of experience in managing Data Center operations and strong operational knowledge of financial services
- Excellent experience in areas of AS400, UNIX, Wintel, DB, Networks, Storage
- Fantastic working knowledge of Computer Operations, Production and Output Control and Service Management
