A well-established Insurance company is looking to bring on a Pricing Manager to work on their Commercial Lines and High Net Worth Products.
Responsibilities of this role include maintaining and developing pricing optimisation techniques and pricing monitoring and portfolio management tools (as well as implementing them). The individual must regularly review product performance and make recommendations about potential changes to rates and pricing structures in order to drive company profitability.
Strong communication skills are required as the individual will need to liaise with Stakeholders, Underwriters and Brokers, as well as lead a team of 7.
The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, educated at least to degree level in a mathematical discipline. The candidate should have a strong background in Pricing.
Ideally looking for an individual at a Senior Pricing Analyst position looking to take the next step up and/or someone with some managerial experience.
