A leading insurance organization requires a Communication Analyst on an initial 6 month contract as part of a regulatory change which is heavily impacting the organization, meaning new processes and volumes of work to both internal and external stakeholders.

Communication Analyst - Roles & Responsibilities:

  • This position will work on this specific high profile regulatory change and will work independently on communications to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • This role will be responsible for putting together a communication strategy, and proactively come to the table with ideas. The Communication Analyst will have to work very independently from an advisory communications perspective. This will be a key requirement for the position.
  • As this is primarily a tech business this position will be responsible for setting up programmes of work from scratch.
  • The Communications Analyst will work closely with the professional excellence team who understand regulatory content, but it would certainly be useful to be able to interpret this information and relay it in an understandable way to the broader business.

Communication Analyst Required Skills & Experience:

  • This role will require experience of working proactively and independently in developing and issuing communications / communication plans.
  • Experience of working in a similar role with a focus on regulatory change initiatives within financial services.
  • Experience of working within the pensions space (DC and DB pension schemes) / extensive knowledge of corporate pensions will be highly desirable for this role.
