My client, a global insurance organisation is currently looking for Customer Communications Manager to work across their Brexit Programme.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating direct to customer communication in a regulated environment.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills - written and verbal
  • Experience delivering customer communications in regulated environment
  • Should be change catalysts and an expert in regulatory, legislative and industry regulations.
  • Ability to provide a customer considered view of the end communication
