Job Description

Your Role:

  • Provide advices to business units in relation to products, marketing campaigns and materials
  • Provide advices on regulatory impacts to business units and assist in formulating action plans
  • Manage the monitoring activities to assess the compliance in relation to rules and regulations
  • Assist on regulatory and audit inquiries
  • Conduct compliance risk assessment and monitoring tests
  • Identify new relevant legislations, regulations and codes from regulatory bodies
  • Participate in annual compliance cycle planning

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in insurance
  • Understanding of insurance regulatory framework of different lines of businesses
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations and rules
  • Good report writing and presentation skills
  • Great comment of both written and spoken English and Chinese
