This established and reputable compliance team have a requirement in their Compliance function for an experienced Assurance/monitoring professional. This assignment is expected to run until November 2021.

Reporting into the Head of Compliance this opportunity will and have some line management responsibilities.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Responsibility for the development and delivery of the annual Compliance Oversight & Assurance Monitoring Plan;
  • Reporting of key findings from business transaction data on compliance controls and breaches and, the design and preparation of reports/MI on the performance and findings of Compliance Oversight & Assurance for Boards, external stakeholders and others.
 
The ideal candidate will have an in depth, technical knowledge of insurance, Lloyds experience and ideally some Delegated Authority exposure, although this is not a prerequisite. You will also have the ability to foster and maintain excellent business relationships.
