A boutique alternative asset manager are looking to hire an experienced compliance officer with extensive regulatory knowledge for both the UK and other jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities;
- Take responsibility for the compliance obligations of the firm
- Provide training and updates to the business
- Advice on transactions
- Monitoring & risk assessments
- Policies and procedures
Key Skills;
- Highly motivated and able to prioritise efficiently.
- Experience in alternatives; PE, RE or Debt would be preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in compliance
- Able to manage key stakeholers
