My banking client is looking for a Compliance Officer on a 6 month contract. The Compliance Officer will provide day-to-day Compliance advisory services to the Private-Side Corporate Finance/M&A teams.
- Provide compliance coverage of M&A and investor advisory transactions across certain geographies
- Assist in meeting conduct and regulatory obligations
- Participate in Transaction specific committees
- Provide SME knowledge in relation to the UK takeover code
SKILLS
- Experience from a Tier 1 Law firm or within a private side investment Bank
- Sound knowledge and understanding in relation to the UK Takeover Code, UK Listing Rules and Transparency rules
