An investment banking client of ours has an interesting proposition for experienced front line corporate bankers who are looking to make a move in to project related work. The bank are developing their front end systems used by their bankers and as part of this innovation they require individuals who have extensive top tier international banking experience together with the ability to manage large teams of people. You will be the lynch pin between front office and the developers. There are currently multiple work-streams of which you would take charge of a select few seeing them all the way through to implementation.
This would be a global role so demonstrable experience of working in multiple locations is absolutely vital to understand the pressures faced by bankers and how the systems they use work and can be improved in a way to assist them to deliver their targets. As these projects are about developing systems someone who is technically able would suit this role well. You will liaise with business analysts, developers and key stakeholders so previous project experience would certainly be highly beneficial.
