My Insurance client is looking for a Corporate Lawyer on a contract basis. As the corporate lawyer you will be;
- Ensuring reputational exposure is manage and controlled across the business
- Providing robust and commercial legal services including the senior stakeholders in the business
- Promoting compliance
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years PQE in private practice or a corporate setting within FS
- Advisory experience on corporate matters, including M&A and company law
