CTO / Software House / Insurance / London / £170-200k plus Bonus and Benefits
A leading global software house in the insurance industry have just launched an innovative new cloud based product and are now looking for an experienced CTO to take it to the next level.
We are looking for an influencer who has a strong technical background in development and managing development teams. This will still be a very hands on technical role as well as managing a team of over 100 people. You will have the ability to take the reins on a brand new product and take it to market whilst managing key stakeholders.
Must haves:
- Technical background / Strong development background / Managed development teams
- Strong people management skills
- Experience of delivering and taking new digital products to market
- Experience of managing large teams globally (100+ people)
- Occasional travel required
