Role: Cyber Exposure Analyst

Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience

My client, a leading insurance group at Lloyd's with international offices across Copenhagen, Miami, Dubai and Singapore are currently looking for a junior Cyber analyst to join their London office.

This is an analyst position within the Exposure Management team, with a specific focus on the cyber class of business. The primary objective of this role is to provide risk modelling services to the underwriting function through data management exposures.

The Analyst (you) will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the data and subsequent analytics. In addition to managing the cyber exposures from the cyber division, the analyst will help identify, manage and monitor cyber exposures written in other divisions, such as the Energy team. The Analyst will work with other divisions on the management of the cyber peril, assisting in the development of appropriate scenarios.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

* Experience in Insurance Market
* A thorough understanding of fundamental insurance concepts, slip terms and conditions

Knowledge or experience of Cyber insurance advantageous
* Experience in risk modelling and loss quantification
* Knowledge of Exposure Management

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Essential

Desirable

Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of other Microsoft Office Products
* Knowledge of direct payments and technical processing outside of a bureau.
* Familiar with Business Partner management for outsourced tasks.

SQL advantageous

Highly numerate and evidenced within education or experience

Relevant professional qualifications such as AC!!, CRM, CCRA or similar
