My client, a leading insurer, is looking for a Data Architect to define, create and maintain roadmaps and data-specific architecture. In this role, you will work closely with the wider data teams to assist in a large Data Transformation. This is a key hire.
The successful Data Architect will:
- Define the target data architecture as part of the overall target enterprise architecture
- Collaborate with the consultant appointed to implement the Data Transformation initiative
- Standardize approach and technology for data architecture
- Work closely with the infrastructure team to create a scalable, robust physical environment to support data services
Successful candidates will likely have:
- Knowledge of Azure (SQL, Data Flow, and Data Factory)
- Experience with data governance and related software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
