We are currently recruiting on behalf of a London market insurance company who require a Data Engineering Lead/Manager to join the business on an initial 6 month contract (with an option to extend). The Data Engineering Lead/Manager will lead a team of 5 Data Engineers in a role that covers both hands-on leading of data engineering activities as well as day-to-day management of the team.
Experience required:
- Extensive experience as a leader in the data and analytics space
- Experience leading, managing and mentoring Data Engineers
- Experience working with the Azure stack
- Although insurance experience isn't required for this role it would be a bonus
