A growing InsurTech business in Singapore is looking for an experienced Data Engineer to build their end-to-end data engineering systems. They are looking for hands-on candidates with experience in consumer data to develop and maintain data warehouse and data lakes using best in class technologies. You will be working closely with business and technology stakeholders to pioneer best data solutions to meet consumer demand and offer full suite of connected financial services offerings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipeline and build new API integrations
- Work with Analytics teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools
- Implement processes and systems to monitor data quality and build data governance framework
- Evaluate open source and vendor technologies for data engineering and analytics
Skills/Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Engineering with at least four years of experience
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java along with SQL
- Experience in designing, building and maintaining data engineering systems
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
