My client a global London market insurance organisation are currently looking for an Operational Data Governance Manager to drive the data governance function within the organisation, defining the operational governance model including clear lines of operational data accountability across the various business stakeholder groups.

The role is responsible for establishing and managing a robust, comprehensive and centralised operational data governance function, ensuring compliance, collaboration, effective data management and full transparency in the end to end management of critical data.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working as a data governance manager in a large organisation ideally insurance or financial services, with a strong track record of driving beneficial business improvements
  • Experience of having designed and delivered a comprehensive data governance program and monitoring business as usual progress of for minimum of 2 years.
  • Extensive knowledge of data governance, data quality, information management, master data management, data architecture, and data integration
  • Familiar with Data Governance tools e.g. Collibra Familiar with Lean and Agile approaches
