Eames are currently working with a global insurance brokerage to find a Data Manager to be responsible for the oversight and governance of data, supporting the development of reporting and analytics. This is an Innovative and forward thinking company that immediately requires someone to handle their major data warehousing project, to take a hands on approach of the implementation of their data governance framework and to be a driving force to improving data quality. This position will require someone who knows the insurance life-cycle and is confident when presenting their findings to C level people. With regards to the long term there is plenty of scope to take on new responsibilities internally and to climb up the career ladder.
This position has multiple potential locations (Horsham/Chelmsford/Maidstone) with the option to spend a couple of days a week in the City of London.
What they are looking for:
- insurance experience (preferably London market)
- Strong data governance and data strategy experience
- Good communication skills
- Understanding, analysis and interpretation of large volumes of data
- Degree level education
