A top tier bank is looking for a business analyst to join their team in London (remote working initially)
The recent CJEU judgment in the Schrems II case determined that Privacy Shield was not a lawful basis for transfers of personal data to the USA. Our client does not typically rely on Privacy Shield. However, our client needs to identify and remediate any instances where its third parties do rely on Privacy Shield for the transfer of client personal data. This will include remediating any contracts that currently state that transfers may be made in reliance on Privacy Shield. A Business Analyst will be required to support in reviewing the data protection provisions in our client's contracts (500 ~ 1500 total)
The BA will be required to produce a categorisation of contracts based on a specific criteria relating to the sharing of personal data between the EU/UK and US.
