Eames is currently partnered with a Global Insurer who is looking to bring on board an experienced Delegated Claims Manager to join their growing Claims Vendor Management team. This role is based in Chelmsford but will require weekly travel into London 1-2 days per week.

Role responsibilities:

  • Proactive management, monitoring and oversight of performance of a panel of our clients TPAs
  • Work closely with TPAs, identifying areas for improved service delivery and claims cost and expense
  • Build strong working relationships with core TPAs and coverholders across UK & I and Europe
  • Ensure current TPAs are operating within the agreed contractual terms, are compliant with Claims functional Outsourcing Guidelines, FCA requirements and Lloyd's Minimum Standards
  • Support team with the ongoing development of best practices and controls
