A leading private banking client is looking for a deputy head to undertake oversight and people management of the compliance team. This will work closely along side the CF10 and assist them in enuring the firm meets their regulatory obligations.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide advice on policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage and hold oversight of compliance when required
- Monitoring external regulaotry developments and provide updates to compliance and wider business
- Lead and participate in group projects
Key skills:
- Previous private banking or wealth management experience is a must
- Managment experience desirable
- MiFID 2, transaction reporting or client assets regulatory knowledge would be of serious interest
- Self starter
- Well organised
