Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive delivery of pricing models
- Provide pricing expertise
- Work closely with the actuarial and underwriting team
- Maintaining and enhancing the pricing models
- Ensure appropriate pricing decisions are made
- Help mentor and support more junior members of the team
- Deliver pricing analysis to stakeholder/ senior management
- Identify new sources of data, which can be used to enhance the quality of the pricing model
Desired Experience/ Knowledge:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in non-life actuarial /Lloyd's market
- Nearly / Newly qualified actuary (10+ exams)
- Risk Knowledge
- Strong communication skills (Written, verbal and presentational)
- University level degree in Actuarial Science or mathematics/ statistics-based subject
System Skills:
- Excel / VBA
- R
- SQL/ Access
