One of our large financial services customers are looking for a Deskside Support Manager to join part of their wider global IT Service Transformation Programme

Due to the nature of the role you will need to following experience:

  •  Strong IT Service Management experience, which specifically includes multi-geographical management of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support SME's
  •  Extensive Service Governance and project stand up experience. This will be needed when identifying various IT estates within different countries within the business, and relevant Infrastrucutre and IT service     improvement agendas that will be set by yourself.
  •  Must be open to low level travel to some countries across EMEA.
  •  high level knowledge of overall End User Computing suites for larger enterprise customers
  •  ITIL certified or strong IT Service Management background
