Job Title - Deskside Support Enginer


One of our insurance clients has a need for a deskside support engineer to assist virtually with their UK and/or abroad offices based in Singapore, Australia and America. The role will be responsible for response time improvement, managing troubleshooting and file servers. The candidate will be a 2nd/3rd line support engineer working closely with a technical project manager to support their offices. Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will need to have the following experience:

  • Can demonstrate experiance as a O365/Win10 desktop support engineer
  • Need to be an expert at Sharepoint and Azure global file Cache
  • Need to be a windows tech stack SME, particularly One Drive
  • Citrix experience along with InTune and endpoint manager experience would all be advantageous
  • knowledge of unified communications with a focus on Microsoft teams would also be highly beneficial
