Job Title - Deskside Support Manager

One of our huge banking clients are currently undertaking a multi-year infrastructure transformation programme. They are investing heavily in a head office move and are specifically looking for a Deskside Support Manager to to join their Head office Move project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the running of the desk side support services, the third party and work within the service delivery team. Due to the nature of the role, you will need the following experience:

  • Strong and deep understanding of Service Now
  • String understanding of DSS and VIP support
  • Experience of managing a team of outsourced Desk Side Team
  • can demonstrate ability to improve a failing service
  • Evidence of working in a run and change role
