Desktop Support Engineer - PC, Hardware, Active Directory

One of our largest financial services customers are currently looking for a broadly experienced Desktop Support Engineer to work on a range of Desktop improvement projects and to operate at 1st and 2nd level from a support perspective.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have the following experience:

  • Must be able to operate at 2nd line support (would be advantageous if someone has operated at 3rd line previously), and has delivered similar BAU based activities for VIP members preferably at a large enterprise or financially regulated customer.
  • Desktop support projects including hardware roll-out projects, PC, Printer and Active Directory more specifically.
  • ITIL service Management understanding or certifications would be a massive plus.
  • Any Microsoft focused projects like Windows 10 or O365 roll-outs would be beneficial.
