Development Lead - Java, Microservices, Spring
A Development Lead is required on a long fixed term contract basis to work for a financial services client based in London.
The ideal candidate will have expertise with Java and microservices development as well as leading a team. You will have full knowledge and understanding of BDD and TDD methodologies and as well as agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc. Any knowledge and experience of Spring Framework and NoSQL will be highly advantageous.
The client can pay up to £95k per annum on a 3 year fixed term contract, dependent on experience. This is a great opportunity to join a leading client and further enhance existing skills.
Essential skills and qualifications:
Expert with Java and Microservices
Previously have worked in a team lead position and ideally have moved from a senior development into a lead role.
Full understanding of BDD and TDD methodologies and as well as agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
Previous experience in financial services will be advantageous
Spring framework
NoSQL
