Job Description

Excellent opportunity with one of the largest leading financial services organisations with a strong presence, they are looking to hire an experienced Digital and CRM Specialist within their eCommerce team. 

As the Digital and CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving and managing the development and execution of digital and ecommerce activities
  • Taking charge of all integrating digital media into the overall business strategy
  • Leveraging on campaign insights to create leads on driving incremental revenues
  • Monitoring key performance indicators for campaigns and develop plans to improve
  • Administering marketing automation tool (Eloqua) and CRM integration

As an ideal candidate, you must have:

  • Previous working experience of website or e-Commerce CMS
  • Strong understanding of disciplines required to drive traffic to eCommerce web/mobile apps (SEM/SEO, email marketing, programmatic, affiliate programmes, social, etc)
  • Advance understanding of Google products such as webmaster tools and analytics is highly desired
  • Working experience with marketing automation systems (Eloqua) is compulsory
  • Operational knowledge of Magento is a plus
