A global tier 1 bank is looking to hire a digital project manager to lead a work stream on a large digital transformation programme based in London. The bank is embarking on an exciting overhaul of their current digital assets and want an exceptional person to lead the project and to put the customer front and centre for all future interactions. 
We are looking for multiple digital project managers with experience of working with banking clients to join the team on a digital transformation programme. 

Duties will include: 
•Initiating and shaping a project work stream 
•Development of a well-defined project plan, coordinating planning across the project and delivery partner teams 
•Collaborating and influencing senior management stakeholders and business partners for all key project plans 
•Acting as a change leader with the business leadership and business sponsor

Experience:
To be the right candidate for the job you will need to have commercial experience in the following: 
•A track record of delivering significant change which improves business effectiveness in sustainable ways 
•Proven experience of leading others and creating an environment that supports and inspires people to develop and deliver 
•Dealt effectively with highly complex commercial information and business challenges to create strategic business plans which effectively deliver results 
•Acted as a strategic advisory to customers, having established and built valuable long-term relationships with significant customers
