Responsibilities
- Increase digital sales conversion from online traffic
- Understand the target customer segment and the digital system ecosystem
- Create up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Work with Marketing on contents and user interface to improve sales opportunities
Requirements
- Min 3 years of online/digital sales experience
- Hands on experience in taking retail sales online, and driving digital sales growth is valuable
- Entrepreneurial mindset - willing to roll up sleeves and take on all work required to achieve objectives
- Insurance industry experience is not required, but the ability to learn the trade quickly is key to success in this role
