Description

·        Lead the strategy and insights across all business lines of Regional Digital Commerce

·        Assists the Business head to manage budgets to monitor timely execution of various strategic initiatives to support growth of the channel across markets

·        Drives the sales operation and optimization units with key insights to support delivery of key channel KPIs

·        Deliver timely business insights including data analytics, management reporting, financial reporting and competitive insights

·        Constructs forecasts and analytical models to project and define future growth and defines actionable deliverables to achieve against projections

·        Update and share key competitive drivers and geographic markets and industry trends

·        Enhance customer acquisition strategies and implement to drive awareness, traffic and revenue growth with markets

Requirements

·        8+ years experience in digital strategy including market entry, customer segmentation, data analytics, market research, business planning, channel strategy, etc.

·        Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and project management skills, committed and self-motivated personality

·        Experience formulating digital strategy, familiar with key principles of strategy development including generating hypothesis, ability to think conceptually and creatively solutions and opportunities

 ·        Ability to triangulate financial data and generate key insights to test and validate hypothesis as well as forecasting
