Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for infrastructure, service delivery, and applications.

  • Lead digital transformation projects for operational efficiency and innovation.

  • Manage IT budget for cost optimization and service quality.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with laws and standards.

  • Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

  • Oversee enterprise applications' lifecycle and integration.

  • Monitor and improve application performance, providing user support and training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure, service delivery and enterprise applications

  • Minimum 3 years in a senior management role with experience in managing finances, budget and costing of the department

  • ITIL certification required.

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or freight forwarding is a plus.

  • Established leadership track record, communication, and collaboration skills.
