One of the Big 4 global consulting firms is looking to expand their Cyber Security teams to work on advisory projects across the UK/ Ireland.
They are looking for seasoned professionals who have an in-depth understanding of Cyber Security operational transactions including technology diligence, synergy assessments, and Security analysis/ processes.
Looking for someone to come on board and help direct the Cyber Security function, this will be an advisory role reporting into the Partner.
You will be dealing with the CxO teams and board members advising on how to future proof their Cyber Security functions/ processes, managing regulations, and information. This person will have solid business understanding and advise on risk and mitigation including pre-deal and post-deal.
You will be a vital member of the team advising clients, supporting key decision-makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions whilst operating under tight M&A timeframes and demands.
You will also assist in aspects of the business including pitches, presentations and attending meetings with clients to generate new business opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of Security and Cyber defence
- Well versed in information security regulations and law
- Experience working with senior clients and decision-makers
- Worked in a professional services environment
