A leading investment manager based in the city of London is looking for a strong graduate with some industry experience to join the disclosures team. The team is a key part of the wider compliance function and the incumbent will have excellent exposure to the whole organisation.
Key responsibilities;
- Daily monitoring of shareholding positions approaching relevant thresholds.
- Issues long and short reports to regulaotry bodies.
- Ensuring they and the business are up to date in respect to disclosure regulatory requirements.
- Adhoc project work and requests
Key skills;
- Investment management experience.
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of using Excel and word.
- Self starter and highly motivated
- Disclosures experience would be a value add but not essential.
- Strong graduate
