A global asset management firm is looking for a ‘Client Service Associate' to support the Client Relationship Managers' and Directors within the team through the provision of operational service to the department.

The responsibilities include proactively identifying sales opportunities, responding to and resolving internal and external queries efficiently, discovering ways to streamline processes in order to ensure team efficiency, developing your understanding of the firm’s clients, products and services to communicate to clients and maintain solid relationships in the wider business.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent academic background & IMC preferred.
  • Experience within the investment management industry providing superb client service/sales support.
  • Institutional client experience.
  • Knowledge of the pensions industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT skills (Salesforce experience desirable).
