My client, a leading insurance organisation are currently looking for a E-Learning Specialist to set up a global e-learning platform.
The ideal candidate will also have project management experience with the ability to set up a project plan to deliver the e-learning platform as well as building out the risk academy.
Key skills:
- Must have experience setting up e-learning platforms globally
- Must have previous project management experience with the ability to set up a project plan
- Previous experience building competency framework and building out a group wide ‘Academy’
- Previous experience within an insurance organisation or wider financial services would be highly beneficial.
