Environments & Release Analyst
This is part of a multi-year application build out programme, with 9 large projects in flight over the next 18-24 months.
My large client are currently looking for someone to come in and take ownership of release and environment management across a range of technology and application landscapes, specifically around the Microsoft stack. Someone who also has the ability to bring some new ideas to the table in terms of DevOps tooling knowledge as well (Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Octopus, etc.)
To be considered for the role, you must have the following experience:
- Demonstrable experience in effective configuration, release and environment management for multi-tier technology estates
- Able to manage and publish release roadmaps - working closely with cross functional technical teams onshore and offshore.
- Must have strong use of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to manage databases, permissions backups and running SQL scripts.
- Experience of deploying applications based releases and solutions to the cloud (predominantly in Azure)
