Role
Oversee the control and conduct framework across the equities market business;
- Review new policies and standards across equities, as well as implementing them
- Assist in ensuring effective remediation actions
- Assist in ensuring the regional execution of desk/control reviews, thematic reviews and other remediation/assurance work as required
- Governance Forums
- Tracking of Issues in Firm's Reporting Tools
Experience
- Extensive experience of Front to back processes within Equity
- Extensive control framework experience within an investment bank
