I am currently seeking an Escalation Manager to fulfil the below requirements:
- To act as the Single Point of Contact for all Business and Service operational escalations regarding the performance of the core Zensar services. The role will ensure that a structured approach is adopted to remediate the issue, and track the root cause. This role will ensure there is a structured approach to reviewing the escalation performance with the Supplier.
- This role will work with our business stakeholders, internal IT teams and Zensar operational teams.
