Job Description

My Family Office client is looking for a finance accountant to support the financial controller on a part time basis.

The finance accountant responsibilities will be;

  • Preparation of Financial Reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L and underlying schedules) monthly
  • Developing automation and improving processes
  • Monthly book keeping of investment and business asset movements in Navision
  • Assist with annual budget preparation by cost centre
  • Managing personal and business onshore and offshore credit cards
  • Assist with family insurance policy renewals including: buildings, motor, contents, artwork, travel, business cover

EXPERIENCE

  • Family office experience ideally
  • Qualified/Part Qualified
  • Very good with excel and Navision
