High Growth Insurance Underwriter is looking for a Finance and Performance Business Partner to join their London team. This is a newly created role to support the rapid growth of the company and is an ideal opportunity for an Insurance Finance Business Partner looking for a role with more autonomy and ownership in their role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial support to the executive team on formation and quantification of their strategy, including analytics to support strategy decisions.
- Provide financial and profitability reporting and analysis.
- Provide finance business partner support to Heads of Divisions and the executive team using business acumen, analytics and professional insight to drive change, growth and profitability
- Develop new analytical tools and processes to support insight and decision making
- Participating in leadership meetings for the departments you support
- Ensuring that any findings, insight, or processes that benefit the areas supported are shared with the wider FP&A team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or FP&A Role - Essential
- Insurance industry experience (pref Lloyds Market) - Essential
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with post qualified experience
- Proven experience of working with data structures and have experience of extracting and utilising data to drive key strategic decisions
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Strong academic background - minimum 2:1 degree
