My client, a large reputable insurer, is looking for a financial analyst to join the the finance team of their global health insurance division. The role is located in London, and is paying up to £60k for the right candidate.
You will be reporting into the Head of Finance for the division, and will primarily be responsible for monitoring the financial performance of business units, preparing management reports for the group's strategic planning board, prepare and monitor the budget and expenses, as well as perform ongoing reviews of financial processes, controls, and documentation.
As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have an interest in finance and insurance, insurance industry experience or experience from an accounting audit firm, as well as an educational background in Economics, Accountancy or Finance. You will also be experienced with Microsoft Excel to an advanced level as you will rely on it heavily to complete your day-to-day tasks.
