This is an opportunity to join a leading employee benefits consulting as a senior /flexible benefits consultant.
You will be working with a portfolio of existing clients with up to 5,000 employees and expected to lead on the clients discussing flexible benefit options. Work across design and implementation of online or offline benefit schemes facilitated through the use of consulting tools, reports and workshops.
You should also have the confidence to provide strategic input to the development of the proposition and the ability to produce sales / market material including RFP and Tender documents.
The role would be excellent for a consultant looking for a new challenge by joining a leading consultancy or someone looking to step up from an implementation role.
