A leading consultancy, specialised in supporting clients across the insurance industry, has created a new role for a French speaking auditor or insurance industry professional who could adapt their skills to providing assurance work.

Amongst many other services, the firm provides outsourced assurance and compliance services to Lloyd's of London Market insurers and specialist insurers in other financial services hubs around the world. The focus of this role will be the French market along with Belgium and Switzerland so French language skills are a must.

You will provide clients with coverholder, TPA and delegated underwriting authority audit coverage initially. Training on industry specific subject matter and approach can be provided to auditor from other sector backgrounds.

This is a rapidly expanding and entrepreneurial organisation and this role will give someone the opportunity to grow an area of the practice within Western Europe to include other service offerings like internal audit, risk and controls. Full support will be provided from an established team.

The project type nature of the work does lend itself to flexible working. The audits are increasingly being conducted remotely and there is no real need to attend the company's offices which in addition to London, are dotted around other cities in the UK. You could work part-time if that suited, but there is expected to be a need for some short trips to France or Belgium. 1 or 2 days in duration.
